Edition: Numbered: 13/20 (Numbered verso) Created by: Madelaine Jolly and Phillipe Madelaine, Villefranche-sur-Mer , France Authentication: Sold with this work is a photo-certificate of authenticity signed by the publishers and dated at Vellefranche 15th May 1958. Reference: Jean Cocteau, ceramiques” by Annie Guedras Number 177. The illustration in the book besides being in black and white is also very poor. This works is full of life and colour and very typical of Cocteau’s joyeous oeuvre. The illustration, alas, does not present this message.
